At BongRoot, every product is printed on demand, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
However, if you receive a product that is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design)
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number at threadroute2000@gmail.com .
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Products reported after 48 hours or showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
